ShAnGrI La HoTeL
Went to Shangri La Hotel - The line restaurant for a buffet lunch there with two musketeers (Benny N Xu hao)..... I had a great day then....... Its jux like rushing here n there (like actress rushing for scenes/Singers rushing for ge tai) hahahahaha....
I had my usual piano lesson in the morning. After which, Xu hao picked me up from my teacher's house. It was pouring like hell..... So heavy rain till the roads were flooded and the water went up as high up to the middle of the wheels. (My First Experience - Im NOT kidding) The water really was that high. I remembered my piano teacher ever told me b4 that the water went up that high but at that moment i tot she was exaggerating BUT now that i experienced it, i knew that it was true!!!! Talking about rain, that day i saw the vast difference with the state of the canal. When it is normal day, not raining, the canal was SUPER dry. BUT when it was raining heavily, the canal nearly overflooded, n the water was gushing.... then i tot of the kids that died in the canal ( I was thinking, no wonder they died - the current was SO strong!!!)
Ok back to Shangri La Hotel. Sth funny.... Xu hao drove to orchard and park there, then together with benny (he was working in the morning), we took a cab to Shangri-La Hotel cos our dear Xu hao dunno the way there!!!!!!! hahahahaha (he gonna kill me seeing this). We had our lunch there n thats all! Cos it was SUPER DUPER filling. We didnt had dinner. When we reached there, this waiter ask " What would you like to drink???" Our mind was thinking that it is inclusive in the buffet set. BUT NONONO!!!!! We ordered Ice lemon tea each, n when we see the bill - SHOCKED!!!!! $11 for the lemon tea!!!!! Its ok .... (We will learn from our mistakes)
After lunch, we took a cab back to orchard n started shopping there.... I bought sth that i yearn to buy soooo long but super EX!!!!! I got my GUCCI bag!!!!! So happy........... I was soooo stupid. I went to both taka n Paragon to see.... then waited for my sis to see the bags (choosing btw 2).... When she arrive at taka, i decided to buy liao. So i get the sales person to get a new 0ne for me. Not satisfied with that one, so she brought out the other one, Not satisfied also. Then she brought out all (total there are 4).... All not satisfied.....
So i decided to go back paragon to see. (anyway the salesman there is better). Went back to paragon n ask for new piece. Salesman says: U hold on, i go n check if there is) Waited for quite a while then here comes the other salesman, Miss, would u like to walk around first??? My colleague went over to taka to take the new bags cos we sold out here already..... My mind was thinking SHIT!!!!!! I should have bought it there.... Plus the other person also wants that bag at that moment... SHIT!!!!!!
In the end, no choice, brought over lucky is the better one. So DEAL!!!!!! I really like it!!!! Will post the photos when i can..... As usual, benny didnt upload so i cant upload too!!!!!
Great day spent!!!! Really enjoy the whole day. Feel happy with xu hao n benny (full of craps!!!!)
